About Kim Baker

Kim Baker is a seasoned real estate professional, who embarked on her journey in the industry in 2003, establishing her roots in Upstate New York. In 2011, she took a significant leap, relocating to Gastonia, where she not only continued her real estate endeavors but also expanded her horizons by obtaining a license to sell real estate in North Carolina, a distinction she has proudly held since 2018. Building on this momentum, Kim further solidified her regional expertise by securing a license to sell real estate in South Carolina in 2021.

Kim's dedication to the real estate community is evident in her active involvement with the Gaston Association of Realtors. She has contributed her expertise and passion by serving on various committees, culminating in her notable roles as the President of GAR in both 2022 and 2023.

Beyond local affiliations, Kim is committed to the broader real estate landscape. Actively participating in the REALTOR® Party, she places great importance on her connection with the NC REALTOR® Association. Kim attends key events such as Vision Quest Inaugural Meetings, NC REALTOR® Legislative Days, and the NC REALTOR® Convention, in addition to NAR Conventions, staying abreast of industry trends and advocating for the interests of fellow real estate professionals.

Away from the bustling real estate world, Kim finds joy in family, cherishing moments with her grandchildren and two dogs. Her commitment to community service shines through her volunteer work, reflecting a well-rounded individual who brings passion, experience, and a sense of community to both her professional and personal endeavors.
